Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday through Saturday. Most orders are processed as soon as possible, however please allow additional processing time during periods of high volume, weekends, & holidays.

Carrier Options:

One Darn Horse Boutique ships all items/packages through USPS. You may choose from USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Please note, heavier items/packages will automatically ship Priority due to their weight.

Tracking Information: 

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed & will include a USPS tracking number for your package. It is very important to make sure you type in the correct email address on your order so that our shipping notice and tracking information reaches you. It is also a good idea to add our email address to your contacts/safe list, to insure you receive our email notifications. 

Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information related to tracking. What you see with the tracking number is the same information that we are able to see.

Once the package leaves here and is scanned by the USPS, we no longer assume any responsibility.  At that point it becomes the responsibility of the USPS. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address when you place your order. We will do everything we can to assist you in the steps you need to take in tracking your package, but please keep in mind that we have done our part and provided you with everything you need for tracking your package.

One Darn Horse Boutique is NOT responsible for lost packages. Should USPS lose your package, contact your local post office and file a claim. You may email us about this and we can discuss options, however please remember we are not responsible once the package enters the USPS system and we will do the best we can to help.

Is local pickup an option?

Yes, absolutely! Local pickup is available at no additional cost, if you are located within our area. Please select the local pick up option during checkout & then arrangements can be made via email at onedarnhorseboutique@yahoo.com.

 

International Shipping:

No. Sorry, but at this time we do not offer international shipping.
