Return Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, here is how to complete a return with One Darn Horse Boutique.

One Darn Horse Boutique accepts, for refund or exchange; items that are in NEW condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors, animal hair, and/or make-up within 14 days of purchase. In order to return an item you must contact us via email within those 14 days and we will send you the information needed to proceed with the return. 

Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment after the item is received and inspected. One Darn Horse Boutique does not credit back original shipping charges. We do hold the right to deny any refunds if items are not in proper condition.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

All sale items are FINAL. There will be no returns, exchanges or store credit available for sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges may be possible depending on stock levels, however they are not guaranteed. Please let us know in the email if you are looking to make an exchange.
